I Work in education where safeguarding is a vital part of my every day role, and for which I undertake annual training. In addition to this training, I have completed a FSW (Family Support Worker) and more recently have undertaken the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport and Physical Training course. I am also a qualified paediatric first aider.— BELINDA
I bring a wealth of experience to the court. Having played at the highest levels, including 1st team and Division 1, alongside my psychology degree and ongoing teacher training, I'm well-prepared to guide players both on and off the court. Collaborating closely with Head Coach Matt and assistant Elijah, we focus on integrating mindfulness strategies into our training and games, emphasizing the importance of goal setting for individual and team success. I understand the significance of mental endurance in the game and prioritize fostering resilience and mental strength among players, ensuring they're equipped to handle the pressures of competition and excel in challenging situations. -Callum
I’m the owner and main therapist for RecoverPro. Which specialises in the prevention of injuires and also the treatment during the acute, and ongoing phases of injury an athlete is to be exposed to over their career in sport. I liase with the coaches and take in feedback from the players to construct practises in which will keep them on court for longer, pain and injury free. The baseline of performance is health. If you are not healthy, you cannot improve, compete, or perform. My website is linked here www.recoverpro.org — Josh
Im responsible for planning and leading the basketball sessions. I want to create a fun and engaging community and culture too what i'm starting up here, which will lead into a performances based environment where athletes can, if they wish, play professionally domestically or abroad. I’m a strength and conditioning graduate and this has helped in terms of giving me an idea of how to build athletes from the beginning of their athletic journey and supporting them throughout. I’ve been fortunate to play professionally in a number of countries, and more information for me as a player can be found on my personal basketball portfolio website.
